Three mighty Livonian Ladies
Here are the three mighty Livonian ladies, sketched by Durer in 1521. Let's start by concentrating on the lady on the left.
I especially like how her practical-length gown begins to puddle around her feet, and how you can see details in her dress...

There are some differences between them, and I'm sure that there's something screwey with the second and third comparison. If anyone else can think of other costume books that may have dealt with similar figures, let me know!
EDIT: Duerer drew two versions of the first Livonian lady. He drew both of them (if the dating on the pictures is correct) in the same year.
The closest parallel I can find to her undergown is a Polish Letnik.
